Therapist & Coach

Anna Dow, LMFT

Anna is a licensed therapist in CA who also offers relationship coaching internationally (LMFT#106116). She has specialized training in Expressive Art Therapy, with a passion for helping people break free of internal boxes so they can think and feel more vastly. She currently has a private practice focused on supporting people with issues related to non-monogamy. She also has extensive experience working in psychiatric emergency settings, which has helped her foster skills in trauma informed counseling. As we're all experiencing a collective trauma right now she will lean on her expertise in that realm in offering you this wellness resource.

Danielle White

Danielle is a founding member of Worthy Beyond Purpose, a non-profit devoted to bringing mindfulness into schools. She's certified in Mindfulness from LACC and in "Mindful Communication and Difficult Emotions" from Mindful Schools. She's also a Reiki practitioner and studies Eastern View and Holistic Healing. Her mindfulness journey began in 2001 and was deepened in 2016 as she grieved the death of a close friend. Moving through sadness of that magnitude was a life changing experience for her that enhanced her passion for sharing the healing powers of mindfulness with others through offerings like this retreat.
